Black Mesa (1)

It took me forever to download this game, so you can bet your lily licking tutus I was happy to get around to playing it on Monday. It was my first experience with Half Life, since I decided to wait and save myself from the walking origami monsters. (I stole Sleepy's joke there.)
In Black Mesa, you are Doctor Gordon Freeman, and you start out in....Black Mesa. It was too easy to find the origin of the name, modders.
And, after a 10 minute train ride of you jumping around the attempting to read newspapers, you finally are able to walk around. Making up for lost game play time, I immediately began running into offices and throwing everything I see to the ground, ignoring the nonchalant scientists who called me insane for ripping their computer out of the wall, before continuing their work.
Anyhow, after walking for a bit, I found my super special talking suit, which breathed at me when I first put it on. Studying my beautiful hand in my beautiful black glove, I then had to trace my steps back to another place, where some guard with the same voice actor as the last guard lets me in some place that I couldn't go into without the suit. At first I thought it was a radioactive area where the entry fee is BYOS, S standing for suit of course. But when I entered this "Radioactive area", scientists with labcoats were frolicking around, and it was like any other area. I felt like one of those guys who show up to school in a Halloween costume, and no one else did.
Anyhow, I dodged them all, throwing clipboards angrily, and made my way to a guard and scientist who pushed me into a room with a giant spinny thingy. The scientist shut the door and fired up the giant spinny thingy, made me insert a blob into it, and after that, survival horror mode kicked in. It ass ploded, and I found myself in a zombie and alien filled Black Mesa. Basically, I spent the next two gameplay hours fighting these things while I watched people get eaten and have ladders fall on your head. I even had a good friend whom I saved and was a guard, but he got killed by a turret. I went into anger mode then, and raped everything with my overpowered revolver.
I am now at where your reunite with the army, who are trying to kill you for some reason. I also have 3 health with no stations in sight. FML.
